Eric Ersher, founder of Zoup, talks with Hughes' Tom Tang about the challenges of growing and success as the brand celebrates 20 years.
"It used to be really easy when there was just us, and we were running the commissary, and we were delivering soup out to the restaurants, but with more locations and distribution centers — thank God for really smart people and technology," said Ersher during the interview at the 2018 Restaurant Franchisee Innovation Summit in Louisville, Kentucky.
