Rod Arreola, CEO and co-founder of Teriyaki Madness, said his company has about 40 development commitments in the pipeline, which will triple the brand's current presence. He said consumers are responding to the concept because it offers "healthy, fresh, flavorful" food.
"People are tired of burgers and fries," he said.
Teriyaki Madness also sticks closely to its Vegas roots in its decor and marketing, and has a "fun" customer service vibe, he said.
