Fresh to Order's CEO, Pierre Panos, shared details on the company's expansion plans that include corporate stores opening in Atlanta, Dallas and Knoxville as well as franchised units from Chicago to Florida. The further the brand gets from its home base of Atlanta, the more it will rely on franchise partners. The brand isn't ready to expand beyond Florida, however.
"We're not touching central or west coast for a very long time," Panos said. "You gotta keep your growth very deliberate; you gotta be able to support the infrastructure, the people, supply chain. "You can't do it if you are expanding all over the place."
Panos also described why the brand is successful and about its unique service model that he calls "fast fine." Watch for the full interview.
