Zpizza’s debuts Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad

Zpizza has introduced a new, limited-time strawberry goat cheese salad that combines a gourmet mix of lettuces including baby red and green oak, baby lola rosa, baby romaine and baby red romaine topped with goat cheese, candied walnuts and fresh strawberries, tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette. The salad is accompanied with a fresh baked parmesan flatbread stick.

The new salad also can incorporate fresh avocado or be topped with chicken to add a protein punch.  

“The strawberry and goat cheese salad is an opportunity for us to offer our customers a refreshing new salad that takes full advantage of a wonderful seasonal fruit that defines the fun taste of summer,” said Mark Weeter and Julie Kossak, zpizza owners in Phoenix and members of zpizza’s culinary committee.

The salad will be available through the end of summer.
