Zoup! looks to Midwest for expansion

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — Zoup! Fresh Soup Company has announced it is registered to do business in Indiana and Wisconsin.

"Our goal is to establish additional franchise partnerships not only in Indiana and Wisconsin, but also in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Illinois. These states form a geographical 'hub' from which we will later fan out into other markets," Zoup! co-founder and managing partner Eric Ersher said.

Registration in these new states means Zoup! has met regulations by filing the current UFOC and has met additional disclosure requirements.
