Ziggi's Coffee, headquartered in Longmont, Colorado, has hired restaurant veterans Darren Spicer and Betsy Hamm to help fuel the brand's ongoing expansion.
Spicer and Hamm will work with Ziggi's leadership team to provide strategic insight and operational guidance as the company continues investing in its systems, training and brand infrastructure.
Spicer, founder and former CEO of Clutch Coffee Bar, will support store-level performance, initiate local marketing initiatives and offer insight on new store development.
Hamm, previously CEO of Duck Donuts, will serve as Ziggi's Coffee's fractional chief operating officer. She will focus on strengthening operational alignment, supporting franchisee success and enhancing systems and structure for growth.
"As we mark 10 years of franchising, it's important to recognize that Ziggi's has been building this brand for more than 20 years," Ziggi's Coffee co-founder and CEO Brandon Knudsen said in a press release. "That foundation has given us a clear understanding of what works and where we need to grow. Bringing in leaders like Darren and Betsy is about strengthening that foundation, learning from proven operators and making sure we're building a system that supports our franchisees for the long term."
