Zaxby's is engaging Buxton to support the company's vision of guest-focused growth, according to a company press release. Buxton's customer analytics solutions will allow Zaxby's to base market planning and franchise development decisions on in-depth customer insights for each trade area, said Amy Pritchett, senior director of franchising at Zaxby's franchising.
"Zaxby's needed a partner we could trust to provide in-depth analyses of potential key markets," she said. "We feel confident that Buxton is up to the task, and look forward to seeing the value they're going to bring to our business."
By putting the guest at the center of their growth strategy, Zaxby's will be able to identify the best expansion opportunities, said Matthew Goggans, director of sales at Buxton.
"We are excited to play a role in Zaxby's continued success," said Goggans.
As a Buxton client, Zaxby's will receive a customized real estate model delivered through Buxton's web-based SCOUT platform. Utilizing SCOUT, Zaxby's will be able to analyze potential sites and evaluate unlimited market expansion scenarios, Goggans said.
Zaxby's joins a growing list of organizations using SCOUT as a pre-screening tool for real estate location and market planning decisions.
