Zaxby's Franchising appointed Frank Knight to VP of Information Technology, where he will be responsible for the information technology and project management office departments of ZFI. This includes all technology for the ZFI corporate office and all Zaxby's stores, as well as project management for all major ZFI projects, according to a company press release.
Previously, Knight was the senior director of information technology for ZFI, and his duties included implementing a business resumption plan (disaster recovery) and a project management office that manages both IT and corporate projects. He also implemented a guest online ordering system that allows guests to order and pay online. In 2008, Knight began his career with Zaxby's.
Knight earned a bachelors' degree in business administration from the University of Mobile in 1996.
