Yang Kee Noodle to introduce new menu

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Yang Kee Noodle, a Louisville, Ky.-based fast casual restaurant chain, has announced it will introduce a new menu the first week of June.
The menu will feature new lighter summer dishes and the addition of several dinner combos. In addition, new stir-fry and noodle dishes have been added to the catering menu and delivery is available for parties of 20 or more.
Yang Kee Noodle's new menu items include Thai Salad Rolls ($3.29), Udon Noodle Soup (chicken $7.49 or shrimp $8.99) and Sesame Spinach Salad with Thai Peanut Dressing (chicken $7.49 or shrimp $8.99). Several combos also are now available with the purchase of any entrée: Egg Roll & Soft Drink ($2.29), Side Salad & Soft Drink ($2.99), Cup of Soup ($2.99), and Crab Rangoon (2) & Soft Drink ($2.49).
The new catering menu includes Crab Rangoon, Chicken Lo Mein, and Chop Chop Noodles. Party Combos are available for 20 or more with three options available ranging from $7.99 to $8.99 per person.
