Which Which rolls out new menu

Which Wich Superior Sandwiches has launched a new menu category, Bag 8. This newest menu innovation features six premium, authentic regional favorites, including a classic Greek Gyro and a NYC-style Reuben, every eight weeks, said Which Wich Founder Jeff Sinelli.

"We identified wiches we already had and decided to up the ante by recreating them in their most authentic state," he said. "We brought in a special pita bread for our gyro and an incredible marbled rye for our Reuben."

The sandwiches in this premium category have more than one-third pound of meat and more cheese, and the chain has sourced premium items, including buttermilk battered shrimp for its New Orleans Po' Boy. Other new options include sriracha, sweet chili sauce, candied walnuts and dried cranberries.

"We know we have a really committed guest base that enjoy ordering off our underground menus. These premium ingredients can be mixed and matched to create anything from a Waldorf Salad to a Green Eggs and Ham," said Vice President of Operations James Pa. "We're really adding items found in specialty markets to a fast casual setting. In testing, the Bag 8 has consistently risen to the top of sales."
