Water bottle source of Starbucks explosion

NY1: Police investigating the explosion at an Upper East Side Starbucks in New York City say the device that went off was made from a small plastic water bottle.Investigators say the water bottle was stuffed with gun powder or powder used for fireworks and was placed under a bench outside the store.
