Walhburgers, the chain founded by Executive Chef Paul Wahlberg and his brothers Mark and Donnie Wahlberg, announced its second Florida location will open this fall at Waterford Lakes Town Center, according to a company press release.
"After a successful opening in downtown Orlando, we are thrilled that Wahlburgers will start serving a new side of town at the Waterford Lakes Town Center this fall," Franchisee Gina Buell said in the release. "This Wahlburgers is the second of 20 locations we plan to open in Florida over the course of the next few years."
The location is Orlando's largest open-air shopping center and construction has begun on the 6,700-square-foot space, making it slightly bigger than the current Orlando location.
"Wahlburgers is an ideal addition to the in-demand retail, entertainment and dining mix at Waterford Lakes Town Center," said Lynda Glinski, Waterford Lakes Town Center's general manager. "The concept, brand and dedication to creating fresh, inspired meals in a welcoming atmosphere resonates strongly with our guests and will further solidify our appeal as the place to shop, dine and spend time together with family and friends."
