Verts Mediterranean names new operations director in Texas

Valentino Lanoce is taking over operations in the Lone Star state for Verts Mediterranean Grill, according to a company press release. In his new position as director of operations for Texas, Lanoce brings more than 20 years of restaurant experience to the role. Previously, he worked at TGI Fridays for more than six years, where he was franchise business director and operations director. 

"Verts impressed me from the beginning," Lanoce said in a news release. "I'm excited to support and motivate our team with my background in procedure and sales. My hope is to create a memorable experience for each guest."

According to the release, Lanoce will oversee staffing, training and budgets. In the future, he is expected to lead the chain's retail technology and catering operations.

"We are thrilled to have Valentino lead our operations," said the chain's co-founder and CFO Dominik Stein. "This is a new position for Verts, a role that supports our recent growth and goal to deliver an inspiring Mediterranean menu."
