VERTS caters to Texan consumers

Verts Mediterranean Grill is now providing off-site catering in the Texas metro areas of Austin, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. Guests can order Verts dishes for luncheons, business meetings, parties, family gatherings and more, according to a company news release.

Three catering options are available, including the restaurant's Mediterranean buffet for up to 200 people, boxed lunches for 15 to 40 people, as well as pita chip spread for snacks or appetizers.

"Catering is another step towards expanding our offerings and serving the community fresh, all natural ingredients," said Verts co-founder and CEO Michael Heyne.
