Veggie Grill launches mobile app

Veggie Grill has launched a loyalty-based mobile app to reward its guests for choosing the veggie-only fast casual chain, according to a company press release. The "Veggie Grill Love" mobile app is now available for download with both Android and iPhone operating systems and rewards members on a point system toward earning free food.

How it works

Guests snap a picture of their receipts to automatically earn points for every dollar spent. Extra points are earned when members "Share the Love" by inviting friends to download the app. In addition, the app includes online ordering functionality allowing guests to locate their nearest Veggie Grill, browse the menu and place an online order for pick-up.

"With so many dining options available, we wanted to reward our guests for making the conscious decision to pursue delicious, better-for-you food choices," said CEO Greg Dollarhyde. "We're excited to provide our fans with instant access to Veggie Grill whenever and wherever; all while enjoying the unique perks of our new loyalty program."

Now through Jan. 5, customers who download the "Veggie Grill Love" app will receive a free item from the new winter menu.
