Urban Table to debut Italian dinner menu

Bread & Butter Concepts brand Urban Table is prepping a new Italian-inspired dinner menu to debut August 1, right before its sixth anniversary, according to a press release.

"I am very excited to roll out this new Italian-influenced dinner menu because, to me, Italian food has always been a very familiar and comforting type of cuisine," Alan Gaylin, founder and CEO of Bread & Butter Concepts, said in the release.

The menu features classic Italian dishes, including pappardelle, cacio e pepe spaghetti and short rib ragu gnocchi, according to the release.

"Our new mantra is all about serving fresh, Italian-influenced comfort foods at dinner," VP of Culinary and Chef George Atsangbe said in the release.
