Tropical Smoothie partners with Warner Bros. for movie promo

Tropical Smoothie Café and Warner Bros. Studios have announced a partnership to promote the fantasy adventure movie Shorts.
The promotion includes the limited-time offering of several Tropical Smoothie menu items and a sweepstakes that will award four roundtrip airline tickets to Los Angeles, plus hotel accommodations and four VIP passes for a Warner Bros. Studios tour.
The limited-time menu offerings include the BBQ Chicken Cheddar Flatbread, the BBQ Turkey Club and the BBQ Chicken Island Wrap. To quench summertime thirsts, guests also can enjoy Blueberry Lemonade, Island Lemonade or Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie.
The Shorts Tropical Smoothie Café sweepstakes will be held at all 280 locations and onlineduring the promotional period running July 26 through Aug. 29.
Shorts stars Jon Cryer, William H. Macy and James Spader, and the film opens in theatres nationwide Aug. 21. It is directed by Robert Rodriguez, the director of the Spy Kids movie anthology.
This is the second time Tropical Smoothie Café and Warner Bros. Studios have partnered on a movie promotion. They teamed-up in February 2008 to promote Fool's Gold, starring Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson.
