Total Merchant’s Groovv Register gets restaurant-specific upgrades

Total Merchant Services, a payments processing company, has released a restaurant version of Groovv Register designed to help independent restaurant owners.

These enhancements include the ability to send orders to the kitchen printer, up to three levels of item modifiers and table management featuring color-code table status, seat position identifiers and takeout/delivery options.

"We are bringing the same simple design and easy-to-use features to the restaurant market as we have to other merchants.  Our restaurant solution brings an easy, intuitive approach to managing a restaurant," Shelley Plomske, VP of Product, said in a news release. "This can translate into more sales and, when combined with our marketing engine, can generate greater customer loyalty for store owners."
