Tossed adds new VP of Operations

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Tossed Franchise Corporation has announced restaurant-industry veteran Eric Clark will join their team as vice president of operations.

Clark most recently worked for Stir Crazy, where he managed the fresh Asian chain's multiunit operations. Prior, he spent more than 12 years with the Cheesecake Factory, where he helped grow the brand to 120 U.S. locations.
