TOPZ eyes expansion

Detroit News: Fast-casual chain TOPZ, which features hamburgers made with lean ground beef or turkey, air-baked fries, light salad dressings and fruit shakes, plans to open 20 new locations by 2010. There are currently five locations in Southeast Michigan.
