Top That! Pizza has announced the groundbreaking of its third location at the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center in Oklahoma. The new store will be operated by franchisees Eddie and Merrell Beach and is slated to open in early fall.
"We can't wait to bring the first create-your-own personal pizza restaurant to Tulsa Hills," said Eddie Beach. "I'm counting the days until we open."
Top That! Pizza, developed and owned by Jeff and Lori Walderich, specializes in custom, personal-sized pizzas that are sold for one price, regardless of the combination or amount of toppings. Pizzas are cooked in less than three minutes.
The concept offers healthy options such as multi-grain and honey wheat crusts in both adult and kids' sizes, plus ingredients from local producers including Siegi's Sausage Factory and Head Country BBQ Sauce.
Top That! also is one of the first Tulsa restaurants to have a Coca-Cola Freestyle Machine, which offers more than 125 different flavors and thousands of combinations of Coke products via a high-tech touchscreen.
"We've gotten dozens of requests for a store in Tulsa Hills," said Lori Walderich. "It feels good that we will help bring affordable, quick and healthy pizza choices to more Tulsa families."
The company also has signed multiple franchise agreements in Texas and Missouri. Locations will be announced later this year.
