Tocaya Organica opening second Arizona store

Tocaya Organica is celebrating Cinco de Mayo in big style this year with the opening of its second Arizona location.

The store, located at Scottsdale Fashion Square, will open May 5, according to a press release. The first location is at Scottsdale's Kierland Commons.

"2019 is a year of rapid growth for us," said Founder Tosh Berman, of The Madera Group, in the release. "We've seen such an instantaneous, positive reaction to Tocaya Organica in Southern California, that building on our presence in Arizona felt like a natural next step, especially in the downtown Scottsdale neighborhood. We find many parallels in the lifestyles across the communities we serve, and we look forward to opening Tocaya at a center that is such an organic fit."

Founded in 2016, Tocaya Organica operates more than a dozen locations throughout California and Arizona. Tocaya Organica's full-service sister restaurant from The Madera Group, Toca Madera, will also open in Scottsdale Fashion Square later this year.
