Tin Drum to launch 10th Atlanta-area location

Tin Drum Asian Kitchen will open a Georgia unit in Johns Creek on Aug. 20, according to a press release. This location is the tenth to open in the Atlanta area and is owned and operated by newcomer Alonso Nava.

"I decided to become a Tin Drum franchisee because I love the franchise concept and superior cuisine," Nava, also a contractor and hotel owner, said in the release. "I am excited about my first U.S. business venture and believe the Johns Creek market is a great place to grow. We have a wonderful, family-oriented community that has been incredibly receptive to Tin Drum's fresh, affordable and authentic Asian street food."

A portion of the first weekend's proceeds will benefit the Veterans Association JC Chapter, according to the release.
