Tillster Inc. announced today it will now integrate mobile marketing provider Kahuna Inc.'s product suite into its core list of product offerings (ordering, loyalty, couponing, payment).
According to a news release, Kahuna invented the world's first Customer Engagement Engine. This partnership was created with an objective of enhancing engagement, sales and traffic exclusively for Tillster customers.
The proprietary joint offering will identify individual customer engagement patterns within specific branded applications and target guests with content and offers. Kahuna's Customer Engagement Engine allows restaurants to communicate with customers via email, mobile web and apps and social networks to deliver unique messaging at the right time. As a result, Tillster can algorithmically automate marketing for optimal usage among its customer base and provide robust data analytics and insights to its clients, the release said.
