Tijuana Flats plans Fla. expansion

ORLANDO, Fla. — Tijuana Flats has announced its expansion plans throughout the state of Florida, with their latest lease signing in the city of Tallahassee. The first Tijuana Flats there is set to open in January 2008, with plans for two additional locations throughout the city by the end of 2009. Currently, the Orlando-based fast-casual restaurant has 46 locations throughout the state of Florida, as well as eight locations throughout Indiana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The closest Tijuana Flats to Tallahassee is in Pensacola, Fla.
