Tijuana Flats expands in Pittsburgh

PittsburghBusiness Journal: Franchisee Tom Flanagan will open five Tijuana Flats locations throughout the Pittsburgh metro area and one in Butler County. Flanagan said he hopes to open the first Pittsburgh location next year.
