North Florida is about to be first non-Texas location of a sushi concept called How Do you Roll?

David Tennyson will open the 1,806-square-foot store at the Shoppes at Tinseltown II in Jacksonville, Fla., by the end of the fourth quarter, according to the Jacksonville Business Journal.

The Austin-based fast casual restaurant allows consumers to choose what's in their sushi rolls comparable to picking the ingredients of a burrito, according to the story.
