Teriyaki Madness sees growth in second quarter

Teriyaki Madness, an Asian fast casual concept that ranked 37th in Fast Casual's Top 100 Movers & Shakers, has charted rapid growth this year through the influx of new franchise owners, market entries and rising foot traffic, according to a company press release.

"We have proven the ongoing marketplace demand for what Teriyaki Madness offers. Openings this last quarter have been met with increasingly higher foot-traffic, and we recently had our highest-grossing grand opening to date," CEO Michael Haith, said in the release. "We are continuing to embrace consumer demands and are excited for what's to come in the second half of 2018."
