Tender Greens pulls in new VP for operations

Tender Greens, a California-based restaurant has named Craig Meunier as vice president of operations. Meunier brings more than 27 years of restaurant experience and will monitor current operations as well as future expansions.  

Previously, Meunier worked at Fox Restaurant Concepts, Starr Restaurant Organization, and Hillstone Restaurant Group. As former operations leader at Daphne's California Greek, he helped create and launch Yalla Mediterranean.

"[Meunier] brings a broad base of experience, a love of great food, and a passion for people development that complements our company culture as we prepare for the next stage of our growth," said David Dressler, president, in a release.
