Taja India awards franchise in Lone Star state

Taja India, the Denver-based, Indian restaurant concept, is opening in Pearland, Texas in late July. The franchise agreement, signed by Parazon Inc., outlines plans for three new locations in the Houston area.  

"After many years of competitive research, I knew immediately that Taja Indian was the best investment for my company. I was searching for a simple turnkey operation with a modern look and feel yet a low upfront investment. Taja Indian stood out compared to Indian and other food concepts available in the market. I really believe in what the brand has to offer," saidRashim Alam, Parazon owner, stated in a release.

Taja will serve Indian entrees consisting of hormone and antibiotic-free proteins and local ingredients.
