Taco Del Mar to expand in Midwest

SEATTLE — Taco Del Mar has announced its plans to develop 100 locations over the next 10 years throughout Indiana and into Louisville, Ky., under the master developer company, Rolling in the Midwest LLC.

Near-term plans call for restaurants in the Indiana cities of Columbus, Evansville, Lafayette and western Indianapolis; followed by locations in Louisville, Ky., Bowling Green, Ohio, Madisonville, Ohio, and Terre Haute, Ohio.

Taco Del Mar features signature Mondo burritos showcasing slow-cooked and marinated meats such as braised chicken, carne asada steak and seasoned pork; platters; tacos; salads; kids' meals and vegetarian/vegan offerings.
