Taco Del Mar to expand in central California

SEATTLE — Taco Del Mar soon will introduce its third Fresno location and its first restaurants in Visalia and Tulare.

"People are thrilled by what they're tasting at the prices they're paying; they just love the food," franchisee Avneet Brah said.

Taco Del Mar features signature "Mondo" burritos showcasing slow-cooked and marinated meats such as braised chicken, carne asada steak and seasoned pork; combination platters; tacos; salads; kids' meals and vegetarian/vegan offerings. The store decor sets the "beach" mood with beach-themed murals, thatched palapas, mounted sailfish, long board tabletops and background music.
