Taco Del Mar inks Southern Cal. deal

SEATTLE — Taco Del Mar said it's signed a deal with Ranbir Singh of Kirpal Group to sell franchises and develop up to 40 franchises in San Bernardino and Riverside counties in Southern California.
According to the Seattle fast-casual chain, Singh plans to sell 40 franchise agreements for the two counties and open at least six restaurants by the end of this year.
Singh is already underway developing his neighboring territory of Ventura, Kern, North Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties, with more than 20 franchise agreements signed in the last six months. Now comes site selection and securing leases for a wave of new restaurants.
