Taco Del Mar acquired by High Bluff Capital Partners

High Bluff Capital Partners has added Taco Del Mar to its portfolio, according to The Seattle Times. 

Connecticut owners of Taco Del Mar sold the brand, which has more than 100 franchise locations to  the San Diego equity firm.

"A well-established heritage in the Pacific Northwest is an excellent foundation to build upon." Gerry Lopez, operating partner at the firm, said in a statement.

High Bluff also acquired the parent company of Quiznos last month.
