Taco Cabana features zesty tunes in restaurants

REDMOND, Wash. — PlayNetwork Inc. announced it is providing custom music for 130 Taco Cabana restaurants nationwide.
"We wanted to build an emotional connection between our customers and the Taco Cabana brand," said Sandy Salinas, Taco Cabana's vice president of marketing. "PlayNetwork has given us the ability to not only further our brand through the music, but personalize it with a flavor specific to our customers in different regions."
PlayNetwork licenses and distributes original artist music to all of Taco Cabana locations to be played from PlayNetwork's proprietary playback systems.
Although Southwest Americano and Latin inspired music are centerpieces of the brand nationally, regionally influenced music is also needed to play a role in reflecting Taco Cabana's "casually festive" brand with local interest, the company said.
