SushiFork to offer franchises

SushiFork, a fast casual sushi restaurant, will offer franchises after seeing "tremendous growth" at its Tulsa, Oklahoma, location, which opened in December 2016, according to a press release. The company said that SushiFork is the first fast casual, create-your-own sushi roll restaurant in Oklahoma.

The concept was launched by sushi chef Greg Bossler, who has more than 15 years of restaurant experience, as part of a group of entrepreneurs. The team includes professionals with experience in the franchising, financial, marketing and foodservice industries, who launched the restaurant with the goal of franchising.

"We are going to bring this concept to everyday people across America," said Bossler, who serves as director of operations at SushiFork. "We have had many franchise requests since we opened, but wanted to make sure all of our systems were in place. We are now ready."

"With its customer base continuing to expand, we fully expect to be well north of $1 million in just the second year of business," said Eli Huff, owner of Salt Food Group and chief consultant to SushiFork.
