Super Mex opens first fast casual location

RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Long Beach, Calif.-based Super Mex Restaurants Inc. has announced the grand opening of its first Super Mex fast-casual restaurant in Riverside, Calif.
Super Mex Riverside features menu boards at the order counter, self-serve beverages and table delivery, as well as bar service of bottled beer, margaritas and split bottles of wine.
A 2,400 square-foot dining room accommodates up to 56 guests, with an outdoor patio available for up to 30 patrons. Super Mex also offers take-out, catering and online ordering capabilities, and soon will offer text-ahead ordering.
