Starbucks stores host Frappuccino Happy Hour, new flavors introduced

Starbucks has launched two new Frappuccino beverages for the summer and brought back old favorites, allowing customers in participating stores to try out the new beverages starting today. The two new flavors are Mocha Cookie Crumble and Chocolate Cookie Crumble Creme.

The new offerings will be available in U.S. and Canada company-operated and licensed Starbucks stores for a limited time. Also returning are customer favorites -- the Mocha Coconut Frappuccino and the Coconut Creme Frappuccino.

"We're building on the continued excitement for our Frappuccino blended beverages by introducing the new Mocha Cookie Crumble flavor. This is one of the most requested new flavors for Frappuccino blended beverages, and we're pleased to be able to offer it for a limited time this summer to our customers," said Annie Young-Scrivner, global chief marketing officer at Starbucks.

The new Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino blended beverage is a blend of rich mocha sauce, vanilla syrup, Frappuccino chips, Starbucks signature Frappuccino Roast coffee and milk blended with ice and topped with chocolaty whipped cream and chocolate cookie crumbles.

The Chocolate Cookie Crumble Creme Frappuccino is a blend of rich mocha sauce, vanilla syrup, Frappuccino chips, and milk blended with ice and topped with chocolatey whipped cream and a chocolate cookie crumbles.

Additionally, Frappuccino beverage fans have even more opportunities to participate in the fun through the Frappuccino Remix -- a new way to create their own music tracks. Customers visit www.Frappuccino.com, customize their personal soundboard, load the audio and video clips inspired by Frappuccino blended beverages and then create and share their personal remix.

Customers also can enjoy any Frappuccino blended beverage at half-price again this year with the return of Starbucks Frappuccino Happy Hour, May 4-13 from 3-5 p.m. local time at participating stores in the U.S. and Canada.
