Looking for 'coffee and conversation'? Starbucks wants to help

More than 3 million Match.com members list "coffee and conversation" as one of their interests, and Starbucks wants to make sure those conversations take place in one of its locations.

Match members can now use the "Meet at Starbucks" feature to reach out and make a first coffee date. Using the feature, members can send an email to someone they might like and find a location for their Starbucks date using the Starbucks store locator.

And why not make that date for Feb. 13?

Starbucks is hosting the World's Largest Starbucks Date on Feb. 13. From 2 p.m. to close, participating Starbucks locations will offer a special $5 coffee on treat pairings menus, including:

• Caffé Verona Coffee Press for Two and a Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie
• Tall Flat White and Chocolate Croissant
• Grande Raspberry Mocha or Grande White Chocolate Mocha and Heart Cookie

The special pairings menu will be complemented with in-store experiences, including special in-store music playlists chosen by Starbucks partners (employees), and photo props to document and share customers' #StarbucksDate.
