Starbucks discrimination suit going to trial

Portland Press-Herald (Maine): A federal judge has denied a request by Starbucks to dismiss an age-discrimination lawsuit filed last year by a Portland woman, paving the way for a civil trial unless a settlement is reached.

Deborah Boyajian, 56, claims Starbucks denied her a job because of her age.
