Soulman's Bar-B-Que offering vegetarian-friendly menu options

There are 7.3 million people in the United States who are vegetarians, and Soulman's Bar-B-Que has added some menu items to help make it easier for them to enjoy southern cuisine. 

"It's important to us that our restaurants offer menu items that are inclusive to different kinds of diets," Soulman's CEO Brett Randle, said in a company press release. "We pride ourselves in making tons of meat-free options that stay true to southern soul food and taste just as delicious as our meats."

Vegetarian options include potato salad, cole slaw, pinto beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, French fries, fried okra, mac 'n cheese, spicy potatoes, Texas-style cream corn and pecan pie.
