Smoke’s Poutinerie intros new LTO

Smoke's Poutinerie, an Ontario, Canada-based French fry concept, is offering a new limited-time menu item, the Mac Daddy Poutine.

The Mac Daddy is a traditional poutine with potatoes, cheese curd, Smoke’s sauce, lettuce, pickles, and sesame seeds. According to a press release from Smoke's, the dish will be available until August 7.

"It's been almost 40 years since Smoke first invented the Mac Daddy Poutine," said Ryan Smolkin, founder and chief entertainment officer at Smoke's Poutinerie. "Now, just in time for the Olympics, Smoke can finally shock and amaze our fans."

According to the release, Smoke's Poutinerie plans to open 1,300 locations worldwide by 2020.
