Smashburger partners with Tarrant Area Food Bank

When Smashburger customers throughout the Tarrant county area in Texas purchase a Spicy Baja Smashburger March 20-26, 2010, at the Smashburger Arlington, Texas, location, $1 from each Spicy Baja Smashburger sold will be donated to the Tarrant Area Food Bank.
"We are excited to partner with Tarrant Area Food Bank," Smashburger founder Tom Ryan said in a news release. "Smashburger supports the Food Bank in its mission to ease hunger in 13 Tarrant-area counties."
The Spicy Baja Smashburger is a one-third or half-pound ball of 100-percent Certified Angus Beef that is first smashed, seared and seasoned on the grill, served with pepper jack cheese, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, onion, chipotle mayo and fresh jalapenos on a chipotle bun.
