Standing out and attracting a greater share of customers is a never-ending challenge for all QSR and fast casual restaurants. And a couple of circumstances — a lower level of brand awareness among consumers in the area due to the brand's shorter history in the market and the density of well-established competitors — made it even more difficult for Smashburger franchisee, Regrub Inc. The four-unit brand based in Florida had to find a way to connect with prospective customers on a deeper level that would spur action, which is why it turned to ShopAdvisor.
The company helped the brand execute a mobile marketing campaign that engaged consumers on smartphones, tablets and desktops with contextually relevant offers at the right time, said Regrub founder and President Tom Jones, who will share the strategy during a free, live webinar at 2 p.m., Feb. 12.
During the webinar, "How Smashburger franchisee used mobile marketing to increase customer engagement and grow revenues," attendees will learn how:
Giuseppe Calabrese, senior director of Business Development & Customer Success at ShopAdvisor, and Cherryh Cansler, VP of Editorial at Networld Media Group, will also speak during the webinar. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
