Slapfish is launching a WTF? (What’s this fish?) campaign in celebration of national seafood month.
The Californian concept has partnered with Sea to Table to encourage consumers to eat unique seafoods.
For the month of October, Slapfish is cooking up California spiny lobster, and will be featuring weekly menu items including red abalone, California anchovies, longnose skate and porgy.
