Shane's Rib Shack to run holiday ham promotion

Shane's Rib Shack is adding hams to the menu this holiday season to help its customers prepare a delicious meal at home for friends and family.
For each Holiday Ham sold from Oct. 1 through the holidays, $5.00 will be donated to a local school or church. Customers who purchase Holiday Hams from Shane's also will be able to designate the recipient of each $5 donation on the order form.
Shane's Holiday Ham serves eight to 10 people and comes with Shane's signature mustard BBQ sauce. The Holiday Ham combo, which serves eight to 12 people, includes a Holiday Ham, two sides, one dessert, one gallon of tea or lemonade and Shane's signature mustard BBQ sauce.
Customers also can nominate a family to receive a Holiday Ham by joiningShane's Facebook fan pageand submitting a story on Shane's Facebook wall. Shane's Rib Shack will reward five families across the United States with a free Holiday Ham just in time for their holiday gathering. The deadline for nominations is Nov. 1, 2009.
