Seattle's Best Coffee rolls out canned iced lattes

April 12, 2010

Seattle's Best Coffee has announced the availability of its new line of canned iced lattes in more than 10,000 major grocery, convenience and other retail stores throughout the Western U.S.

Through the North American Coffee Partnership (NACP), a joint venture between Starbucks Corporation and Pepsi-Cola North America Beverages, the new on-the-go coffees extend the reach of the Seattle's Best Coffee brand into the ready-to-drink category.

"Seattle's Best plays an important role in the Starbucks Corporation's brand portfolio and the launch of the Iced Latte line demonstrates the brand's continued growth into new channels of distribution," said Michelle Gass, president, Seattle's Best Coffee. "The ready-to-drink category allows us to introduce the brand to new customers with the goal of delivering great coffee to busy consumers wherever they are."

The new Seattle's Best Coffee iced latte drinks are available in iced latte, iced vanilla latte and iced mocha flavors and have a suggested retail price of $1.49 for a single can and $4.99 for a four-pack. Consumers may purchase the coffees at major grocery, convenience and other retail stores in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
