Salsarita's to implement new systemwide menu program

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Salsarita's Fresh Cantina has announced it will continue its growth momentum for the year through the implementation of a systemwide menu optimization program during the first quarter.
 
The program will include a more customer-friendly menu layout, strategic value-pricing and product promotions, all aimed at creating value for the customer and franchise business owners. The first quarter also will see the introduction of an exclusive Cholula Corn Salsa and enhanced marketing promotions targeted at introducing new guests to Salsarita's.
 
The Charlotte-based fast-casual experienced a 5 percent increase in same-store sales over 2007 and was named to Entrepreneur magazine's Franchise 500 for the fourth consecutive year.
