Saladworks signs with real-estate broker

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. — Saladworks has signed Site Development Incorporated as its exclusive real-estate broker for the chain's targeted growth areas, the company has announced.

The Mt. Laurel, N.J.-based company was founded in 1968 and specializes in finding single-user locations. It has completed more than 1,000 free-standing locations over the past 20 years for companies such as CVS, Burger King and Jiffy Lube.

In addition to signing SDI as its broker, Saladworks has signed on with franchisor Ken Gordon as its first area representative for the state of Florida. Gordon will open 30 new Saladworks franchises in Florida over the next four years.
