Rubio's occupies a newly designed space, with decor accents reminiscent of the Baja experience, in Barona's existing food court located on the casino floor. The restaurant's menu features the world-famous original fish taco as well as Rubio's other flavorful tacos including the signature street tacos(SM), seafood, chicken and steak burritos plus four flavorful breakfast burritos, fresh salads, and of course, Rubio's freshly prepared salsas.

Barona's award-winning restaurant collection currently includes nine distinct dining venues: the intimate Barona Oaks Steakhouse featuring innovative steakhouse favorites and a world-class wine list in a fine-dining setting; the Branding Iron Cafe, a casual, 200-seat cafe overlooking the magnificent landscaped lakes of the Barona Creek Golf Club; the Ranch House Buffet, an 850-seat all-you-can-eat buffet; and Ho Wan Noodle Shop, showcasing the exotic flavors of Asia.
